Necessary Equipment Bathing suit, Swimming cap, flip-flops and bathrobe or towel.
Documents of Participation Certificate of health from a pediatrician (for children), cardiologist & dermatologist (all adults), gynecologist (for women).
In Athinna you can take lifeguarg lessons from the Athenian Sea Rescue Institute (school recognized by the Ministry of Merchant Marine) and gain a recognized lifeguard diploma.
