- It strengthens and improves respiratory function due to hydrostatic pressure.
- Helps the smooth development of the skeleton of the human body.
- Protects and prevents deformation of the spine (scoliosis - kyphosis). It is a sport which is not detrimental to the spine.
- Protects from drowning (unfortunately our country has the second largest rate worldwide in drowning).
- Improves the immune system and inure to the organization (people who swim all year, do not get sick or get sick less often in the winter).
- Trains the heart and improves aerobic capacity.
